Services

Lifesharing

Lifesharing offers individuals in our care the opportunity to become part of a family unit and share their life and home with others. This service integrates people into their own communities at home, and is the least restrictive and most inclusive form of residential support.

Community Living Arrangements

Community Living Arrangements are specifically tailored to meet the needs of one person at a time. Each individual is the sole focus and driver of their services without the complexities associated with typical three and four-person community home settings.

In-Home and Community Support

Shared Support South’s dedicated team of Direct Care Professionals assist individuals in developing new skills which provide opportunities for independence and involvement in the community. Support may include the use of public resources and recreational facilities, volunteer opportunities, assistance with daily living needs, medical appointments, and specialized therapies.

Community Participation Support

Community Participation Support is a flexible service designed to wrap around an individual’s community life interests and needs, while promoting increased independence, potential for employment, and overall integration into the local community.
